A comprehensive vertical extension and high-end hotel redevelopment project designed to elevate the property to the highest standards of luxury hospitality. The scope includes an expansive grand lobby and reception area, a fine-dining restaurant with a fully equipped central kitchen, a dedicated prayer hall (Musalla), an integrated administrative/service floor, and optimized high-capacity parking facilities.

The project features premium architectural finishes, bespoke interior fit-outs, and modern facade enhancements, fully integrated with high-efficiency electromechanical (MEP) systems. These include central HVAC systems, advanced fire detection and firefighting networks, smart low-current and surveillance systems (CCTV & BMS), and state-of-the-art plumbing and drainage infrastructure.
